We are committed to making sure that you are a satisfied customer! If for whatever reason, you are no longer pleased with your purchase, we will gladly authorize an exchange or provide a store credit once we receive the items back. All requests for exchanges must be submitted within 15 days of receiving your order. We do not provide refunds.
Who pays for return shipping?
- We will pay for return shipping if the fault was made by us (damaged item upon arrival, wrong size or item shipped).
- You will incur the cost for return shipping if you ordered the wrong size or changed your mind.
Items You Cannot Return:
- Any item not exchanged within 15 calendar days of arrival.
- Any item that has been washed, worn or used.
- Any item purchased as a "Last Chance"
How do I request an exchange?
To request an exchange, please send an email to email@example.com. Please include your invoice number and the reason for your exchange request. We will respond within 24-48 hours upon receiving your email to confirm the exchange, along with the address to ship your items to. Once we receive the item(s) back from you, we will send a confirmation email with the expected delivery date on your new item.
Order Change or Cancellation
Because our items are made-to-order, you will have up to 5 hours from the time your complete your checkout to reach us in order to change or cancel an order. We will do our best to accommodate any changes, however, it your request is made outside of the 5 hour window, the order will be processed without the change and we will be unable to cancel. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org for any comments and/or concerns.
We take pride in our providing quality products. If for some reason, you find that an item you have purchased is damaged, please let us know as soon as possible. All damaged items must be returned within a 15 day window in order to be replaced in an efficient time. Any items damaged after 15 days upon receiving the order will not be exchanged. Please send an email to email@example.com with the invoice number, detailed description of the damage with a photo attached (if possible). We will send a follow-up email within 24-48 hours with directions regarding the return of your item.
